These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ANM Accountants website and the services we provide. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
ANM Accountants provides accounting, taxation, company formation, payroll, BEE, audit, advisory and related corporate services. The specific scope of any engagement will be confirmed in a written proposal or engagement letter before work begins.
Our fees are quoted on a fixed-fee or agreed basis and confirmed before any work commences. Unless otherwise stated, fees are payable in advance or as set out in your engagement letter. Statutory disbursements (e.g. CIPC fees) may be charged separately.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. We are not liable for delays, penalties or losses arising from incomplete, inaccurate or late information supplied by you.
Estimated turnaround times (for example, 2–5 business days for company registration) are indicative and may be affected by third-party systems such as CIPC and SARS, which are beyond our control.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
